Sublimation prints your design onto transfer paper with special dye inks. Under heat and pressure the ink turns into a gas and bonds permanently with polyester fibres, so the design becomes part of the fabric with zero feel on the surface.
How we produce your sublimation order
Artwork is set up edge to edge, printed onto transfer paper and pressed onto white or light polyester garments and products. The result is fully breathable and will not crack, peel or wash out.
When to choose sublimation
Sublimation is ideal for sports kits, running tops, all-over print designs, mugs, mouse mats and other polyester-coated products. It does not work on cotton or dark fabrics.

No. Sublimation only bonds with polyester or polyester-coated items. For cotton we recommend DTG or DTF.
