UV printing uses inks that are cured instantly by ultraviolet light as they are printed. Because the ink dries on contact, it can be printed directly onto hard, flat or cylindrical items such as drinkware, acrylic, wood, metal and plastic, with sharp detail and a slightly raised finish.
How we produce your UV order
Items are loaded into jigs on our flatbed and rotary UV printers, printed in full colour with white and gloss varnish where needed, and cured in a single pass. There are no screens or plates, so small runs are cost effective.
When to choose UV printing
UV printing is ideal for branded merchandise and promotional products: water bottles, pens, notebooks, phone cases, awards, signage and packaging. For clothing we use DTF, DTG, screen printing or embroidery instead.
