Return & Refund Policy

Every order from Tee Print Vibe is printed to order with your own design, so we take care to get it right first time. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong.

Custom printed items

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, incorrect sizes chosen by the customer, or artwork errors (spelling, colours, placement or sizing) that were approved on the proof.

Faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will reprint the affected items free of charge or issue a refund for them.

Blank and unprinted items

Unused, unwashed items without printing can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before artwork is approved. Once production has started we may need to charge for any work already completed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
